The TRUTH About the Foreclosure Crisis. Some are still blaming the wrong people. The truth is right here and it can't be disputed...

Jimmy Carter, the Father of Terrorism, can be seen as the Father of America's Foreclosure Crisis as well.

In addition to 'cutting the legs' from under the Shah of Iran, thereby allowing Iran to become a radical Islamic state, Carter oversaw the inception of the Community Reinvestment Act. This Act, purported to allow minorities to find banks more willing to extend business and real estate loans, was just a smoke screen to hide it's actual purpose. This purpose was to be the excuse to have the Federal Government take over the business and financial sector of the U.S.A..

Before Carter could realize success for his coup, Ronald Reagan unseated him and the Liberal Wing of the Democrat's Party had to sit on their hands and wait for their chance to 'stick it' to America.

Bill Clinton gained the Presidency and promptly strengthened Carter's Community Redevelopment Act and the thugs of the Left. ACORN, went into high gear. ACORN's thugs all but mobbed banks that denied real estate loans to minorities citing that, 'inability to repay or bad credit histories,' were not sound reasons to deny loans to minorities. Their tactics were to file countless lawsuits against lenders that denied such loans and protest such denials by picketing banks and lenders that would not comply to their demands and approve loans to minorities though they would never be repaid.

To assist ACORN Clinton had his Administration go so far as to threaten lenders that held out against ACORN threatened with fines and even more litigation. The result was the rebirth of what was to be America's 'Foreclosure Crisis.'

Financial institutions began to loan to anyone that breathed with no thought given to sound banking practices. This allowed the profiteers to demand higher and higher prices for homes that did not have the values they were financed for. This was a continuation of the Carter 'inflation' that went unrecognized as such..

President Bush gained office and seeing the fore coming loss to be sustained by our financial institutions did his best to curtail and stem the looming crisis. Through his allies within Congress he attempted to enact legislation that would end the lending practices that would all but 'bust the bank.' as far as home loans were concerned.

The Liberal Wing of the Democrats went to work. With the able assistance of,(***see the video below) Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, and like minded Liberals the legislation was derailed and rendered unable to pass.. Housing prices grew even larger as did the loans for their financing.

The results are seen today! President Bush, although having done all within his power to stop such crisis could not. Now, Barack Obama quickly blames Bush and the Republican Party, for the entire fiasco.

People, Obama is a blatant liar and through his Harem, the Main Stream Media, continues to perpetrate his lie.

I, as well as millions of American homeowners, have sustained financial losses of an excess of $150,000.00. Some have lost even more. Homes that drew prices of $300,00.00 to $400,000.00 now draw $180,000.00 to $200,000.00. Condominiums that sold in the 2003 and 2004 time periods for $200-400,000.00 now sell, after having been foreclosed on, at $89-120, 000.00. I recently watched a TV program where a man and wife purchased their home for $ 520,000.00 and financed 1o0 percent. Due to job relocation that had to sell. Fortunately that managed to get $400,000.00 reducing their loss to $120,000.00 plus their costs of selling.

Simply heartbreaking and what does our President do? "I inherited this mess," is his excuse. The answer to our woes, as given by our President, is, "It's President Bush's fault. I only inherited this mess," and said of any situation he cannot solve' which is all of them.

To this I say, "No, President Obama, you are lying and laying blame where it DOES NOT belong."

Now I have told this to many Liberals and they too deny any culpability on the parts of Carter, Clinton, Frank, Dodd or any of the TRULY RESPONSIBLE people that brought about the Foreclosure Crisis as they do their very best to laud Obama for his blaming this on Bush.

Just know that this Foreclosure Crisis is going to rear its ugly head again and even more losses will ensue. As they are incurred you will be able to do one thing, that is if you dare, lay the blame where it belongs. Blame the Liberals of Congress, Carter and Clinton and while you are at it, blame Obama for failing to either see or promote a solution to get us out of this mess.

Not only is Obama and the Liberals of Congress using the 'Foreclosure Crisis,' as the excuse to blame President Bush, they are also using this an an excuse to raise taxes through their phony schemes. Cap and Trade, Tobacco Tax, Soda Tax, and any imaginable Tax is fair game to them.

Well, time is up in 2010 for many of the Liberal colleagues of President Obama and it is unfortunate that we will have to wait until 2012 to rid ourselves of the cancer we brought upon ourselves by electing an impostor; a man who knows how to lie but not how to protect the citizens of America.

Barney Frank and Charles Schumer were warned in 2001 of the problems with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and for whatever reason, they did NOTHING! Watch the 4 minute video.

Was there anything illegal about what these two did? Any laws broken? Have these two been investigated thoroughly? Any Kick backs? Why haven't they been FIRED?

This video clearly shows that George Bush warned Congress starting in 2001, that this economic crisis was coming, if something was not done. But Congress refused to
listen, along with the arrogant Congressman, Barney Frank. This video says it all.

It's amazing that democrat voters will see this and most will still be in some sort of denial, as if it doesn't matter. 'So what.' Liberalism is a mental disorder and we must find a cure. If video evidence doesn't work, what else can you do?
