ReplyDeleteThe only element missing: most of the aliens should have been Black or other minorities. That way, anyone who spoke out against their fascist policies could be called a "human-centric racist".
ReplyDeleteV is a TV mini series from the 1980s. It was based on a book written by Sinclair Lewis in 1935. He wrote it as a warning to America on what a Fascist take over could look like. This book was also turned into a TV movie by ABC in 1968. It was aired once and from what little I have been able to find on the movie all copies were destroyed. ABC most likely still holds the rights to it. There were big name actors in it Gene Hackman, John Forsythe and Jackie Cooper.
ReplyDeleteI read this book last year before the election and Obama did quote lines from the book. I a speech in Kissimmee Florida in early November he said "I want to change the Constitution, not by force but legally" This is NO accident on ABC's part it just proves they have been complicit in the entire scheme. I researched this a year ago and Wiki DID have a listing for the 1968 movie but it has been deleted, but it does still have information on the book. IMBD has information on the movie and if you search for the book on Google you can read it for free on Gutenberg.net has it on there site. I am checking a few company's that deal with obscure movies if I am able to locate it I will put another comment here to let those interested know where to purchase it.
Not only that, but it's a ripoff. NBC had a mini-series named "V" about 8-10 years ago where aliens arrived, garnered the humans trust and wound up being lizard people....LOL
ReplyDeleteA few weeks ago I broke out the old "V" video tapes and watched. I was stunned to see how much it relates to what is going on today and even more stunned to see it advertised for a remake. Just can't imagine how the whack-libs could let this slip by the censors.
