I have never disputed the constitutional authority of the President to convene Article III courts in cases of international terrorism. However, I remain very concerned about the wisdom of doing so. 1. Let's see, most of these insurgents were caught on battlefields fighting against our troops. The insurgents fight under no country's flag and do not follow the rules of the American UCMJ or War Treaties. Therefore, just like nazi spies who snuck onto our beaches in WW2, these muslim vermin have no legal rights, military OR civilian, and deserve no trial. They DO deserve execution, ideally along with all the liberal idiots defending these vermin.
