NOTE- Obviously Masse is telling the truth, BUT he's already telling us something that most smart informed Americans (non-liberals) already know. We know 'the Chicago way' and understand the bribes and lies in Congress already. We know this! He didn't give more than that and he seemed like he was hiding something or holding back. He sounds like a weasel. You can be a weasel and tell the truth, that's what jailhouse snitches do.
