During a meeting of the House Sub-Committee of Energy and Environment the topic of discussion was – what else – the Gulf oil spill. But a normally pedestrian meeting became a topic of news today, when Rep. Charles Melancon (D – LA) got surprisingly emotional while discussing the environmental impact to the Gulf Coast wetlands.
