VIDEO: Dumb Seattle Cop Punches Dumb 17 Year Old Girl In The Face While Bystanders Record It..

This cop might now lose his job and his pension.

These girls are idiots. Why are they resisting so much? Cameras were rolling and the charge was minor, so why fight the cop?

Was she 'jaywalking,' or was this a common case of the girl who took her sweet ass time walking across the street moping slowly with an attitude while traffic is trying to get by?

Why did the girl resist? Why did her friend jump in and provoke the cop? Why did the cop punch the girl? Where's the backup?

This is without a doubt the girls fault for resisting, no matter how stupid or minor the charge is, BUT the cop shouldn't have to drill a girl in her grill with a straight right hand. He should have been able to physically take down the girl. That's what happens when you lower the standards when hiring cops.

Maybe Obama and this cop can have a beer summit at the White House since THIS cop really acted 'stupidly.'

When you're a white cop, and you have a black suspect and black bystanders video taping the entire incident, YOU DON'T PUNCH THE SUSPECT IN THE FACE. Not because it ISN'T justified, but because we live in a society where higher ranking white cowards will cave in to any group of minorities for any accusation no matter what the situation is. It's just the way it is.

This cop has to know that in the 'sissy society' we live in, no matter what the situation is, it's going to be his fault and he needs to protect his job and his pension. When a white cop punches a black girl in the face when cameras are rolling, even if the girl has a knife, the cries of police brutality and racism are going to be there. That's just the way it is and it sucks.

  1. "Why did her friend jump in and provoke the cop?"

It's called assault. The female in pink assaulted the cop.

  2. The girl was clearly resisting and the cop was clearly surrounded and it could of been a potentially dangerous situation for him. It would make me nervous.

  3. I disagree with you here. I know I am the minority, but I think the second girl got what she deserved. Actually I think she should have been arrested too. The first girl was resisting and then the second girl busted into the situation. If the first girl would have just taken her ticket and not threw a fit, none of this would have happened.

People have no respect for the law, it's like the law only applies to law abiding citizens, if you don't agree with the law you can just have a hissy fit and get away with it.

I, for one, am sick of it.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's ok for men to go around punching women. However, this police officer was trying to arrest someone and someone else came into the situation and got in the way on purpose.

  4. Unfortunately, we didn't see what cause these women to snap on that officer. Therefore, I can only judge from what I saw on that clip. I usually side with the victims of police brutality but in this case I have to support the officer. YOU CANNOT PUT YOUR HANDS ON AN OFFICER. I just don't understand what were these young women were thinking. At the same time the cop should of handled it better but lets face it. She is very lucky that this officer didn't use more force on her or GOD FORBID pull out his tazer or gun. If she pulled a stunt like that in NYC her ass would of been tasting her own blood after they got through with her.

THIS IS FOR THE YOUTH WHO IS READING THIS. DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS ON AN OFFICER OR ACT LIKE AN IGNORAMUS. THIS IS WHAT THESE OFFICERS WANT SO THEY CAN PUT YOU THROUGH THE SYSTEM. YOU HAVE TO BE SMARTER THAN THE COP & KEEP A LEVEL HEAD.

  5. It is apparent from the comments posted that none of you live in Seattle. That place is a crap hole and if you could see what the police have to deal with you wouldn't be so quick to judge.

The girls are thugs with rap sheets that involved assault. Beside a lack of manners, those girls were wrong, the cop was right. The people who live here think he should have tazed her. She is lucky she didn't get shot. My advice to the girls, next time don't be an idiot.

  6. Anonymous above is spot-on. Police in Seattle have been under extreme pressure by minority activist groups as of late every time they stop and talk to a minority. Endemic de-policing because officers refuse to lose their pensions and livelyhood to arrest (and possibly physically subdue) some thug who'll be released the next day and sue for civil rights violations.

Folks, Seattle is a bastion of liberal enlightenment and this officer was in a serious dilemma; Throw her to the ground on camera, or try to play patty-cake on camera. He wasn't going to win either way and he knew it. Eventually, he was forced into this (absolutely justified) physical action. The girl has since publicly apologized - which I'm sure is another media stunt by the local NAACP.

Anyway, don't be too quick to judge here. Read the local blogs and there is almost unanimous (caucasian) support for the officer. People understand he's a victim of a liberal establishment gone awry.

The cop may not lose his job.
The cop was assaulted and had every right to respond in kind.
You never put a hand on a cop!
