This scumbag is a perfect example of why we need TERM LIMITS. California is bankrupt BECAUSE of people like Waters, Pelosi, Boxer, Waxman and Stark.

    It was never intended by the Founders that the Imperial Federal Gubmint become all powerful. But it certainly has! The question is: What are we going to do about it?
