DEMOCRAT Mayor of Baltimore, Sheila Dixon, DEMOCRAT, Found GUILTY Of FRAUDULENT Misappropriation. (In Others Words, 'She's A Thief')

The jury convicted (They forgot 'Democrat') Mayor Sheila Dixon on one count of fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary.

Dixon was acquitted of felony theft charges.

Dixon is accused of stealing or misappropriating hundreds of dollars in gift cards.

The jury couldn't reach an unanimous decision on count six. The judge declared a mistrial. The state has until the end of the week to decide whether to refile the charges related to that count.

After the verdict was read, Dixon promised that the city will continue to run.

When asked whether the mayor would step down from office, Dixon's attorney, Arnold Weiner said, "All things are being considered."


NOTE- This is actually good for Dixon. If she racks up a few more corruption charges, she should be a lock to get a position in the Obama administration. Maybe she can head the 'gift cards' czar...

A few comments from the news report on a Baltimore news website. (We knew this was going to happen.) An O.J jury wouldn't convict Dixon. The jury was made up of 9 women and 3 men. All Baltimore city residents...who apparently seem okay with a wealthy Mayor stealing from the poor...hmm..we say 'sellouts.'

"Dixon is scum. Always has been and always will be. The fact that the tax payers of Baltimore have to foot the bill to prosecute her is awful. I feel sorry for them. I'd like to know the racial make up of the jury. Or do I?"

"9 women, 3 men, no way shell be convicted, she won the woman vote. As far as the racial aspect is concerned, its a Baltimore jury which means a minimum of 8 blacks, more reason why Dixon wont be convicted."
