Anyone who thinks this 2,000 page bill really has 'health care reform' in it, is an idiot..
While the Senate Democratic caucus pats itself on the back for its “historic” vote this morning, their counterparts in the House have decided to aim somewhat lower. Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY), the at-large whip and the chair of the powerful Rules Committee, lets Senate Democrats know in an op-ed in CNN just how “historic” she considers their vote to be:
The Senate health care bill is not worthy of the historic vote that the House took a month ago.
Even though the House version is far from perfect, it at least represents a step toward our goal of giving 36 million Americans decent health coverage.
But under the Senate plan, millions of Americans will be forced into private insurance company plans, which will be subsidized by taxpayers. That alternative will do almost nothing to reform health care but will be a windfall for insurance companies. Is it any surprise that stock prices for some of those insurers are up recently?
I do not want to subsidize the private insurance market; the whole point of creating a government option is to bring prices down. Insisting on a government mandate to have insurance without a better alternative to the status quo is not true reform.
By eliminating the public option, the government program that could spark competition within the health insurance industry, the Senate has ended up with a bill that isn’t worthy of its support.

I would support this bill if it included mandatory tubal ligations and vasectomies of all the progressive/liberals.

These hostile forces, wearing their political suits not of armor but of limp-spaghetti, think that with their government-disaster-run-bill seemingly formulated, now have provided their platform for their unmasking of "the global new world order".
ReplyDeleteWhen Obama's poll ratings dip under 40 per cent and the media turn's on their false Messiah because that will be the bread and butter story, the theme that sells papers, magazines, denture commercials, laxatives etc.---it will be a vicious feeding frenzy---a bloodbath, because Obama will have flushed their one big wet dream of a liberal nivana down the glory hole permently.
And when the media finishes with Obama we the American mad as f--king hell citizens will take care of his Obamadites.
There rumors, only rumors of course, that now when Cris Matthews goes into the bathroom with a picture of Obama he comes out in only a minute. Something to do with premature Obamajaculation or something.
ReplyDeleteAmerica blundered in their choice of (don't mistake me, I mean exactly what I said president). Buyer's remorse stings, the majority made a wrong judgement thinking that Obama's stated mantra of change meant for the better instead of transforming this country into a left-wing, subersive, revolutionaly communist government. Our deep dissatisfaction with this Imposter will be relived when Obama's protective cloak is unveiled for the whole world to see, and this charlatan unravels right in front of our eyes as even Obama does not believe the lies his teleprompter is providing him.
All is not lost---as the tea-party people keep growing not only in anger but in numbers---turning into a force, the sleeping giant has emerged from it' slumber and will make the politicians toe the line and make this country the envy of the world once again. Keep the faith and prepare yourselves to be witness to the Obama melt-down beginning in the middle of next year.
