Evidently Obama has forgotten to use his scalpel. As he says repeatedly in this video he would use a scalpel to cut spending instead of the hatchet of a spending freeze. Well Obama has cut nothing out of any budget. Instead he has spent and spent and spent. His reckless spending has caused people to become concerned about the growing debt and huge deficits.
